We know you're excited to rock your new PHEBE outfit! Place your order before 16:00 on workdays and we will ship it the same day! If you place your order after 16:00, your package will be shipped the next day. The delivery time depends on your location. It typically takes 1 - 2 business days for most orders in the Netherlands, but please allow a little extra time for remote areas. If you live in Belgium, Germany or Denmark, delivery time takes 2 - 5 business days.

Absolutely! Once your PHEBE order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number. You can follow your stylish package's journey right to your doorstep.

We like to keep things simple. We offer free standard shipping on orders over β¬75,-. For orders under that amount, a standard shipping fee of (starting at) EUR 5 may apply. Keep an eye on our promotions for special shipping deals too!

No worries! If you're not home when your PHEBE package arrives, the delivery provider will usually leave a note with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick up your parcel. Consider also checking with your neighbor; perhaps they're kindly looking after it for you.

Absolutely! PHEBE makes for the perfect gift. During checkout, you can specify a different shipping address from your billing address. We'll wrap it with love and ship it straight to your lucky recipient.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to change the shipping address. However, if your order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us immediately with your order number, and we will try to assist you.

We request a return fee of EUR 5 (automatically subtracted from the amount to be refunded). We want to burden the environment as little as possible. How to care for your PHEBE'S favorite:

Wash separately inside out at a maximum of 30β with the same colors. Do not dry in a dryer. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Avoid bleach, high heat, and harsh chemicals.

Currently, we do not offer petite or tall sizes, but itβs something weβd love to explore in the future. Our standard inseam is 80/81 cm, which fits most. Thank you for your understanding!
