Personal data that we process

We create a customer account for each customer who registers with us via the "create account" function, i.e. a password-protected direct access to his file data stored with us. You only have to indicate your billing and delivery address when you place an order. For your order we need your correct name, address and payment details. You can use your PHEBE customer account to log in to the online shop. If you do not log out of your customer account, you will remain automatically logged in.

We record, process and store data for the entire processing of the purchase, the technical administration and our own marketing purposes. Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties, insofar as this is permitted by law, also for the purpose of contract processing or settlement, for marketing purposes.
