Personal data are data about business or personal circumstances of a particular or to be determined natural person. This includes, for example, your name, your telephone number, your address as well as all file data that you provide to us when registering and creating your customer account.

We create a customer account for each customer who registers with us via the "create account" function, i.e. a password-protected direct access to his file data stored with us. Here you can, among other things, view data about your closed, open and recently sent orders or manage your personal data and the newsletter.

The following information must be provided when registering for a customer account (mandatory information):

- Your e-mail address

We also use your e-mail address for your identification (as a login name) when you log in to your customer account.

You can use your PHEBE customer account to log in to the online shop. If you do not log out of your customer account, you will remain automatically logged in.

We record, process and store data for the entire processing of the purchase, the technical administration and our own marketing purposes. Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties, insofar as this is permitted by law, also for the purpose of contract processing or settlement, for marketing purposes. In the context of order processing, for example, the service providers used by us (such as transporter, logistics company, banks) receive the necessary data for order and order processing. The data transmitted in this way may only be used by our service providers to fulfil their task.

In addition to processing your data to process your purchase from PHEBE, we also use your data for the following purposes: to permanently improve your purchasing experience, to communicate with you about your orders and about certain products or marketing campaigns and to recommend products or services to you. We use existing information for this purpose, such as, for example, receipt and read receipts of e-mails, information about the end device used by you, operating system and platform, date and time of the visit to the homepage, or products that you have viewed and information that we receive from you (including automatically transferred or generated information). In addition, we also use your order history. You can object to the use of your personal data for advertising purposes at any time in its entirety or for certain activities. A communication in textual form to the contact details mentioned under point 1 (e-mail, letter) is sufficient for this.

To send the newsletter, we use the e-mail address provided by you and need your confirmation that you, as the owner of the e-mail address, agree to the receipt. Of course you will also find an unsubscribe link in every newsletter.

Cookies

PHEBE uses various types of cookies, web beacons and JavaScripts (hereinafter collectively referred to as "cookies") on its website. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website.

Web beacons are small graphics on a web page that are hidden from the user, and that allow visits and usage of a web page to be measured.

A JavaScript is a program that is placed on the user's peripherals and executed from the peripherals. By running this program, PHEBE can determine where the visitor is located and which actions are performed. In this way, PHEBE gains better insight into the behavior of the visitor, so that PHEBE can better organize the website and advertise more specifically on the internet.

Accepting cookies is not a condition for visiting our website. However, we would like to point out that the use of the shopping cart function and the ordering of products are only possible with the activation of cookies.

We do not need to ask your permission to place and read certain cookies. This applies to cookies that are necessary for communication via the internet, cookies that are only used to provide our services or analytical cookies that have no or minimal influence on your privacy.

The cookies used by PHEBE can be divided into different categories, as explained below.

The use of these cookies does not require your prior consent.

The data records stored in this process contain the following data: date and time of the call, name of the site accessed, referrer URL (origin URL from which you accessed the websites), the amount of data transmitted, product and version information of the browser used. We evaluate these log file data records in order to further improve our offer and the PHEBE shop and to make it more user-friendly, to detect and correct errors faster and to control server capacities. At the same time, we use the log file data records as a defence against attacks on our PHEBE shop, e.g. in the context of so-called distributed denial-of-service attacks, which aim to block access to our PHEBE shop by overloading requests.
